摘要
我们报告了在p型衬底上制造的3D双面双型柱(3D-DDTC)探测器的电学和功能表征。给出了与二极管、条和像素构型探测器相关的结果，并表明与这些探测器的首批原型相比，电荷收集性能有了明显改善。
