基于电容性分离的混合像素探测器表征

摘要

为了充分发挥未来高能e⁺e⁻线性 Collider的物理潜力,需要提供高分辨率轨迹重构的顶点跟踪器。混合像素传感器因其快速读出能力和辐射硬度而具有吸引力。开发了一种具有在读出节点之间交错单元的新型像素探测器布局,以提高单点分辨率。报告了第一个加工原型的表征结果。
