混合技术的挑战

摘要
像素探测器系统的混合技术必须满足严格要求：高产量、长期可靠性、机械稳定性、热力学兼容性和鲁棒性必须与低被动质量、辐射硬度、技术灵活性以及低成本相结合。本文综述了当前用于连接前端芯片和传感器的技术，并比较了与远端电子接口解决方案。
