摘要
采用一种优化技术来确定球状蛋白中氨基酸间的成对相互作用。将一种数值策略应用于一组蛋白，以相对于通过无间隙穿线获得的替代结构最大化天然折叠的稳定性。所提取的参数被证明在从数千种构象中识别蛋白的天然态（与训练集中的蛋白无关）方面非常可靠。唯一表现较差的是含有血红素基团和/或紧密性较差的蛋白，其复杂性无法被标准的成对能量泛函所捕捉。
