摘要
所有火焰都应尽早被扑灭，否则消防部门不得不应对重大火灾。这导致灭火器的质量已成为消防中非常敏感且重要的问题。受自动消防系统发展的启发，本文提出一种用于评估灭火器灭火能力的移动机械臂，其设计依据名为 ISO 7165:2009 与 ISO 11601:2008 的灭火器标准。关于移动机械臂底盘的关键指标方案与机械设计已在第一部分：关键指标与概念设计中详细讨论。本部分的重点在于移动机械臂其余的机械设计及控制器设计。
