摘要
我们通过电子参数谱 (EPR) 报告了由伽马射线辐照引起的氧化硅中的 E'-δ 点缺陷的实验研究。我们获得了该缺陷 EPR 光谱中 10 mT 双峰强度的估计，这种强度源于未配对电子与 29Si (I=1/2) 原子核之间的超声相互作用。此外，通过确定该超声双峰强度与 E'-δ 中心主共振线强度之间的强度比，我们指出该中心的未配对电子波函数实际上是分布在四个几乎等价硅原子上的。
