深度伪造技术的出现既带来了机遇，也带来了重大挑战。虽然深度伪造通常与欺骗、虚假信息和欺诈相关联，但它也可能在刑事调查等高风险情境中实现新颖的应用。然而，这些应用引发了复杂的技术、伦理和法律问题。我们采用跨学科方法，借鉴计算机科学、哲学和法律，审视了在刑事调查中负责任地使用深度伪造所需的条件，并论证了计算机中介传播（CMC）研究，特别是基于社交媒体语料库的研究，可以为理解深度伪造的潜在危害和益处提供关键见解。我们的分析概述了CMC社区的关键研究方向，并强调了在这个不断发展的领域中跨学科合作的必要性。
