低维系统中 Wannier 激子的衰减速率

摘要
研究了 Wannier 激子在一维系统中的超辐射衰减速率。同时考察了从 1D 链到 2D 薄膜的交叉行为。发现衰减速率随通道宽度 L呈现振荡性变化。当准一维通道嵌入平面微腔中时，表明暗模式激子可被实验探测。
