倾斜磁场下二维电子层和双层的圆环共振研究

摘要
研究了受一般方向磁场作用的二维电子层的远红外吸收。采用库伯公式推导二维电子单层和双层的磁导电导张量对角分量。使用抛物线量子阱建模简单单层系统。单层和双层系统可在一对隧穿耦合的严格二维量子阱中实现。将得到的结果与实验数据进行比较。
