摘要
我们对多能带 Kondo 晶格模型进行了多体分析。该研究随后与第一性原理 TB-LMTO 能带结构计算相结合，以研究铁磁半导体 EuS 的 3 价带中依赖于温度的关联效应。我们计算并讨论了一些感兴趣的物理性质，如准粒子态密度（Q-DOS）、谱密度（SD）和准粒子能带结构（Q-BS）。据此，我们建议对 EuS 的价带进行自旋分辨 ARPES 测量。
