MgB2 剩余电阻比与磁阻之间的相关性

摘要

系统研究了体积和薄膜 MgB2 的电阻率和磁阻,其 nominal 组成不同。这些样品显示出正常态电阻率和剩余电阻比的不同温度依赖性,尽管其超导临界温度几乎相同,除了薄膜样品。剩余电阻比 (RRR) 与低温电阻率 ρ\rhoTcT^c 的幂律依赖性之间的相关性表明,电子-声子相互作用很重要。发现磁阻 (MR) 在正常态与 RRR 很好地呈比例尺,a0(MR)(RRR)2.2±0.1a_0(MR) \propto (RRR)^{2.2 \pm 0.1} 在 50 K 时。这解释了由于样品中不同缺陷散射导致的各组报告的磁阻差异。
