摘要
我们提出了两个基于粘性介质中Langevin运动方程的简化蛋白质动力学模型。我们探讨了势能函数对称性对模拟折叠动力学和热力学的影响。我们发现，各向同性势能函数至多产生适度的协同性。相比之下，合适的各向异性势能函数能产生强协同性。
