蛋白质协同性与折叠的层级方案

摘要
我们提出一个基于约束层级的蛋白质模型，该约束迫使蛋白质在改变构象时遵循特定路径。该模型表现出第一类相变、协同性，并且可以精确求解。它还显示出折叠与去折叠路径之间意想不到的对称性，正如最近一项实验所提示的那样。
