摘要
我们提出一种计算模素数下模多项式的新概率算法。模多项式参数化同源椭圆曲线对，并在计算数论与密码学的许多方面有用。我们算法的显著特征是它不涉及模形式 Fourier 系数的计算。我们通过直接在模素数下运算并利用 Velu 公式在椭圆曲线间计算同源，从而避免计算指数级大的整数系数。
