摘要
我们开发了算法，通过为所有基本环运算提供多项式时间算法，将整数环的商转化为有效的 Euclid 环。此外，我们研究了此类环上模的范式及其在某些商下的行为。我们通过一种新的整数环上模的模范式算法展示了我们方法的能力，该算法极大地超越了经典算法。
