在这篇短注中，我们比较了 B. Toën 和 G. Vezzosi 在 [HAG-II] 中提出的导出 Deligne-Mumford 栈概念与 J. Lurie 在 [DAG-V] 中引入的概念。众所周知，这两种理论本质上产生相同的对象，但尽管有时能够在两种框架之间切换很有用，文献中却难以找到精确的结果。
