摘要
我们证明 V. L. Kharitonov 的论文“一类时滞系统的李雅普诺夫矩阵”（Systems & Control Letters 55 (2006) 610-617）中给出的一个辅助两点边值问题具有线性相关的边界条件，因此不存在唯一解。因而，其中给出的两点边值问题不能作为所研究的一类时滞系统构造李雅普诺夫矩阵的基础。
