透射电子显微镜中CMOS像素传感器对低能电子的响应

摘要
本文介绍了一项关于采用耐辐射像素单元设计的测试CMOS传感器对80 keV和100 keV电子响应的研究结果。对于20微米像素，在100 keV和80 keV下测得的点扩散函数分别为(13.0±1.7)微米和(12.1±1.6)微米。结果与Geant-4和专用电荷收集模拟预测的值吻合良好。
