摘要
Catroid 是一个免费且开源的可视化编程语言、编程环境、图像处理程序及网站。Catroid 允许年满八岁的普通用户和初次使用者仅使用 Android 手机或平板电脑开发自己的动画和游戏。Catroid 还允许通过蓝牙无线控制外部硬件，如 Lego Mindstorms 机器人和蓝牙 Arduino 开发板，以及通过 WiFi 控制 Parrot 公司流行且廉价的 AR.Drone 四轴飞行器。
