燃鼠尾草：逆转高维数据可视化中的维数灾难

在高维数据分析中，维数灾难意味着点往往远离分布中心并位于高维空间的边缘。与此相反，投影数据往往聚集在中心。这给人一种印象，即无论真实与否，投影中心附近的任何结构都被遮蔽了。本文定义了一种逆转维数灾难的变换，它使用对投影数据的径向变换。它被无缝集成到grand tour算法中，我们称之为burning sage tour（燃鼠尾草漫游），以表明它逆转了维数灾难。该工作已在R语言的tourr包中实现。文中包含多个案例研究，展示了sage可视化如何增强探索性聚类和分类问题。
