摘要
Felsenstein关于系统发育树上高斯分布经典模型被证明是浓度矩阵空间中的一个环面簇。我们给出了该模型的精确半代数刻画，并展示了环面结构如何导出极大似然估计的精确方法。我们的结果也为超度量矩阵的几何提供了新的见解。
