三维安德森模型中的边界跳跃与迁移率边

摘要
通过高精度数值模拟表明，在无限尺寸极限下，三维安德森模型的迁移率边依赖于边界跳跃项t。临界指数与之无关。在临界点处，重整化的局域化长度也发现依赖于t，但对于盒状和洛伦兹分布，不依赖于在位能量的分布。讨论了这些结果对用局域序参量描述该转变的意义。
