摘要
通过二阶超对称量子力学求解了施加磁场下双层石墨烯中电子的有效哈密顿量。该方法将相应的本征值问题转化为两个交织的一维定态薛定谔方程,其势由选取至多两个种子解确定。本文生成了与非形状不变 SUSY 伴势相关联的新型磁场。找到了这些磁场的解析解,分析了相关能谱,并探讨了概率密度与电流密度。
