本立场文件讨论了过度使用智能手机对心理健康和福祉的负面影响。尽管做出了限制智能手机使用的努力，用户仍会对提醒和限制变得麻木。本文提出使用推动与拉动因素（Push & Pull Factors）来语境化促进数字福祉的干预策略。此外，还将讨论衡量干预策略有效性的替代指标。
