本文采用一种结合欧拉-麦克劳林公式与鞍点近似方法的新技术，来获得一般 Wigner 矩阵元 在大表示指标 极限下的渐近行为。我们利用这一结果推导了 SU(2) 群元特征标 和 Wigner 符号的渐近公式。令人惊讶的是，尽管我们进行了五层连续的近似，但为 获得的渐近公式实际上是精确的。这一结果为离散求和的 Duistermaat-Heckman 型局域化性质提供了一个非平凡的例子。
