挪用、殖民性与数字技术：来自非洲一地的观测

摘要
本文从非洲一地内部出发，对数字技术的经验与理解进行评估。它对数字技术的引入与存在——挪用——提供了哲学反思。数字技术内在地与殖民化权力相关联，且总体上与本土的、非洲的认知方式不一致。 imported technologies被置于现代的、通用化的“做”之中，且对非洲语境中一致的“存在”的重要性不敏感。有人认为，敏感性可通过去殖民转向来培养，即将焦点从个体转向社群。
