探索智慧城市采纳过程：来自比利时城市背景的证据

摘要
在本立场论文中，我们以社会技术视角探索智慧城市的采纳。智慧城市是一种变革性技术过程，导致现有城市体制与基础设施组件的深刻改变。在本研究中，我们将智慧城市视为一个社会技术系统，其中技术与用户之间的相互作用保障了改善生活质量并解决重要社会经济问题的智慧城市倡议的可持续发展。智慧城市的采纳需要一种参与式方法，在采纳过程中让用户参与以联合优化两个系统。因此，我们通过展示基于媒体关系、促进市政行动者与市民之间信息交换的参与式方法如何作为智慧城市采纳的成功因素，对社会技术研究作出贡献。我们也讨论了该方法的局限性。
