从 elusive 到 ubiquitous：理解智慧城市

摘要
将城市转变为“智慧”城市是缓解大多数城市地区因人口快速增长（即城市化）所产生问题的新兴策略。然而，由于智慧城市架构中不同概念的实施速度极快，有关这些进展的学术研究根本无法跟上。为增进关于智慧城市概念的现有知识基础，本文基于对相关研究和领域的深入文献综述，回顾了现有定义及其架构。此外，我们也给出了自己对智慧城市概念的定义。
