摘要
本文研究非凸扰动扫掠过程的最优控制及其在交通均衡的平面人群运动模型优化中的应用。所得理论结果使我们能够考察具有有限多个参与者的微观平面人群运动模型的动态优化问题，并在两个参与者情形下完全解析求解。
