SOI 面探测器在同步辐射 X 射线实验中的应用

摘要
使用 Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) 技术的新探测器应用已在 KEK 的 Photon Factory 启动。该项目有两个目的。第一个目的是开发可用于同步辐射软 X 射线实验的脉冲计数型 X 射线探测器。第二个是将 RIKEN 开发的 SOI 面探测器 SOPHIAS 应用于 Photon Factory 中的 X 射线衍射和小角散射实验。本文中，我们介绍项目的当前状态。
