本文讨论了小角度中红外光散射技术及其近期基于该方法发展的一些无损检测技术，在半导体材料和结构检测与研究中的可能应用。结论是，所讨论的技术对于解决研究实验室和微电子工业中大量关于缺陷研究和质量监控的问题可能非常有用。
