Cr2Ge2Te6 异质结构中的反常霍尔效应与拓扑霍尔效应

摘要

在石墨烯中引入拓扑保护的天空子对于开发高速、低能耗的自旋电子器件具有重要意义。在此,我们提出了一种中心对称的铁磁石墨烯/三层 Cr2Ge2Te6/石墨烯异质结构,展示了由磁近邻效应引起的反常霍尔效应和拓扑霍尔效应。通过栅极电压控制,我们有效地调节了天空子的出现和尺寸。微磁模拟揭示了天空子和反天空子的形成,它们对外部磁场有不同的响应,导致拓扑霍尔信号的振荡。我们的发现为中心对称二维磁性系统中天空子的形成和操控提供了一条新途径,为开发拓扑自旋电子学提供了重要见解。
