InAs量子点中电子基态的各向异性自旋分裂

摘要
在斜磁场中的光致圆二色性实验允许测量Larmor进动频率，从而精确测定发射能量为1.32 eV的自组装InAs/GaAs量子点中电子的Lande g因子及其各向异性。与近期的理论结果非常吻合，我们测得g perp = 0.397 ± 0.003，g par = 0.18 ± 0.02。
