反平面晶格模型中稳定螺型位错构型的分析

摘要
我们考虑一个变分反平面晶格模型，并证明在零温下，在给定位错之间的距离以及位错与晶体边界之间距离的条件下，存在包含螺型位错的局部稳定态。在证明我们的结果时，我们引入了取自线性弹性位错理论的近似解，并利用反函数定理表明局部极小值位于这些近似解附近。这证实了通常的直觉，即线性弹性在距离位错核心几个间距范围内本质上是正确的。
