延性单晶裂纹尖端附近的应力与位错分布

摘要
在连续位错理论框架内，给出了每个半平面仅有一个活跃滑移系的单晶的平面应变裂纹问题的渐近分析。该渐近分析的结果表明，在塑性变形过程中平方根应力奇异性仍然成立，而位错密度与应力强度因子成正比，并随距裂纹尖端距离的平方根分布。找到了位错密度角分布的解析解。
