摘要
我们考虑一个随机种群模型，其中内在或种群统计噪声导致种群最终灭绝前在状态间循环。采用主方程方法结合WKB（Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin）近似来构建最优灭绝路径。此外，使用概率论证来理解灭绝前动力学并近似平均灭绝时间。解析结果与数值蒙特卡罗模拟吻合良好。实施了一种控制方法以缩短平均灭绝时间。解析结果量化了控制的有效性，并与数值模拟吻合良好。
