摘要
我们研究基于生灭马尔可夫过程的简单随机情景，用以描述具有 Allee 效应的种群，以考量人口随机性的作用。在平均场确定性极限下，我们恢复了种群生态学中广泛使用的著名确定性演化方程。具有强和弱 Allee 效应种群的平均灭绝时间一般由 Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin（WKB）近似获得。对于随机动力学的特例，可通过递归方程找到平均灭绝时间的精确解。我们研究了 WKB 解的有效条件，并通过将精确解与数值模拟比较，分析了弱与强 Allee 效应之间的边界。
