随着人工智能当前趋势向自监督学习转变，诸如高度精选的领域特定数据、特定应用的学习模型、基于外在奖励的学习策略等传统规范可能无法为此类发展提供合适的土壤。在本文中，我们介绍了 SEDRo，一个用于发展机器人学的模拟环境（Simulated Environment for Developmental Robotics），它允许学习智能体拥有人类婴儿从胎儿阶段到 12 个月所经历的类似体验。一系列基于发展心理学的模拟测试将用于评估学习模型的进展。
