摘要
本文引入了在寿命试验于预定时间截尾时，针对变换 Rayleigh（TR）分布的单次接收抽样检验方案（SASIP）。针对置信水平、接收数与真实平均寿命对规定平均寿命之比的不同选择建立所提方案。给出了确保某一规定寿命所需的最小样本量。给出了所提方案的操作特性（OC）值与生产方风险。给出了两个实际例子以展示所提 SASIP 的适用性。
