摘要
本文证明，与 A.E. Chubykalo 和 S.J. Vlaev（Int. J. Mod. Phys. A 14, 3789 (1999)）所得结果相反，匀加速电荷的推迟电场与磁场精确满足 Maxwell 方程组（ME）。此外，还表明 ME 正确地以通常的偏导数形式写出，而非如 Chubykalo 和 Vlaev 所提议的那样以全导数写出。
