射影唯一多胞体的一个普适性定理及 Shephard 猜想

我们证明了每个由代数坐标描述的多胞体都是某个射影唯一多胞体的面。这为射影唯一多胞体提供了一个普适性性质。利用 Below 的一个密切相关结果，我们构造了一种 5 维多胞体的组合型，它不能作为任何堆叠多胞体的子多胞体实现。这推翻了多胞体理论中的一个经典猜想，该猜想最初由 Shephard 在七十年代提出。
