摘要
本报告探讨了数字文档识别领域的最新进展。聚焦于印刷文档图像，我们讨论了光学字符识别 (OCR) 和文档图像增强/修复技术在拉丁和非拉丁文字应用中的主要发展。此外，我们回顾并讨论了可用于手写文档识别的技术。在本报告中，我们还提供了一些公司积累的关于可用 OCR 引擎的基准测试结果。
