摘要
我们引入了一个针对恶性肿瘤细胞进展统计的超统计模型。转移级联被建模为一个具有多个宏观路径且底层泊松过程参数服从逆卡方分布的复杂非平衡系统。该模型的预测与乳腺癌患者观测到的生存时间概率分布高度吻合。
