一个简易城市均衡模型及其在远程办公中的应用

摘要
我们提出一个简易的半离散空间模型，其中城市内的租金、工资与人口密度可由劳动力市场与住宅住房市场上的自由流动与均衡条件推导得出。我们证明了均衡的存在性，并在更强假设下证明了唯一性。我们将模型推广到引入远程办公的情形。我们给出了数值模拟，以阐明远程办公对均衡状态下城市结构的影响。
