我们给出一种简洁且极其一般的证明，表明 Banach 代数中一个稠密 Fr\'echet 子代数的局部性质，或其在 Banach 代数中的闭合 holomorph 函数计算性质，均被张量乘以复数矩阵代数 所保持。
