摘要

这篇短注旨在讨论 Kullback–Leibler 散度与全变距离之间的关系，从联系二者的著名 Pinsker 不等式出发，转而介绍一个简单却（可以说）更有用的、显然不那么为人所知的不等式，该不等式归于 Bretagnolle 和 Huber。我们还讨论了此界在极小极大检验下界中的应用。
