摘要
最近的中微子振荡数据暗示，最小的中微子混合角 theta_{13} 可能位于 5^\circ \lesssim \theta_{13} \lesssim 12^\circ 的范围内。我们表明，对民主混合模式（该模式在几何上通过两个大混合角的等量偏移 \theta_* \simeq 9.7^\circ 与三双最大混合模式相关）进行合理的微扰，可以自然地产生一个具有足够大 theta_{13} 的近似三双最大中微子混合矩阵 V。我们提出了两种特别简单但可行的 V 方案，并讨论了它们的唯象学后果。
