摘要
本文在 Caputo 意义下，利用单调递增函数提出了一种新的变阶分数阶算子。分析了其在 Laplace 和 Fourier 变换方面的性质，并讨论了变阶反常扩散方程的结果。这种新公式在建模复杂输运过程中的一类浓度时是有效的。
