量子离散无记忆信道可靠性的低速率界

摘要
我们将经典离散无记忆信道可靠性随机编码界的低速率改进推广至其量子对应物。我们所做的关键观察是:依赖稳定子码类对量子信道错误指数给出下界的问题,等价于推导某一对称经典信道的错误指数问题。
