摘要
我们研究了在速率 R>C 的无记忆信道上传输时，导致最小可能帧错误率 (FER) 的信道编码方案的特性。将结果与导致最小比特错误率 (BER) 的信道编码方案的众所周知的特性进行了比较。结论是这两个优化要求是矛盾的。文中展示了推导结果的一个有价值的应用。
